Small Steps Club:
Most non-profit agencies run on shoestring budgets and the
faith that funds will become available when they are needed.
However, this takes a toll on the agency, the staff and the
level of programming that the agency is able to offer. Reflecting
on this issue, we are convinced that the House of Hope, our
staff and the women and children we serve deserve better
than this.
One of the ways in which we can all help to solve this problem
is through the Small Steps Club. By subscribing to our Small
Steps Club you are committing to support the House of Hope
each month by donating $10.00. These steps, while small, can
be the steps that allow the House of Hope to better manage
its resources and to budget more effectively. It is said that
a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. I
pray that you will choose to take a step with us as we seek
to eliminate homelessness in the Cedar Valley and to faithfully
serve the women and children whom God has given us as companions
on the journey.
Requested Items:
There is a great need for non-perishable food
items for the resident families. Some of the items most requested
by
the
House of Hope women are:

- Macaroni and Cheese
- Box meals
- Cereal
- Tuna
- Peanut butter
- Jelly
- Sugar
- Cake mixes and canned frosting
- Canned goods.
Volunteers:
We need your help! Our dream is becoming a reality,
but we still need your help. You can help the House of Hope through
